Position Title: GOAPRDJP00000960 -Senior Project Manager Location: Edmonton, AB (Remote) Mode: Contract
Position Overvie wThe successful candidates will lead the delivery of multiple high-priority enterprise projects, including OneStream, Procurement System Modernization, and Complex Scheduling .The role requires extensive experience managing large-scale public-sector ERP transformations, executive governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional coordination involving business, technical, vendor, and senior leadership teams .Key Responsibilitie sLead multiple concurrent ERP projects from initiation through implementation and closure .Develop project charters, business cases, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance materials .Manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, issues, decisions, and stakeholder expectations .Prepare executive-level briefing notes, steering committee presentations, and status reports .Coordinate activities among business units, technical teams, vendors, and senior executives .Ensure compliance with Government enterprise architecture, policies, and standards .Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required .Facilitate risk identification, escalation, mitigation, and resolution .Provide leadership in organizational change management and communications .Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive stakeholder engagement .Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO)
