Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in various welding techniques. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing our waste containers, and equipment. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as the ability to operate power tools and machinery effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding.
• Utilize power tools and equipment for cutting, grinding, and shaping metal components.
• Assemble metal parts and structures according to design specifications.
• Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.

Experience

• Proven experience in welding or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools and machinery.
• Experience with machining processes is beneficial.
• A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work.
