Role: Program management Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: $80-$120 per hour

Role Overview: We are hiring a Program management / implementation planning Evaluator to work on a contractual basis, reviewing and assessing AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality. This person will apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs, working with documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The goal of this role is to ensure the quality of AI-generated artifacts, providing clear and structured written feedback to improve their quality.

Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics to identify areas for improvement. • Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. • Provide clear, structured written feedback to help improve the quality of AI-generated work products. • Apply deep subject-matter expertise in program management and implementation planning to assess the quality of AI-generated artifacts. • Work with a variety of file formats, including Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Possess native or professional fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Google Slides and PowerPoint, with the ability to work efficiently with these tools. • Have experience working with AI-generated content, or a strong understanding of the principles of AI and machine learning. • Have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in complex documents and presentations.
