Important Facts
- Role is based in London, ON with in-office working environment. Preference will be provided to those local to the area.
- Estimated start date: August 2026 or when successful candidate is found.
- This is a new full–time, 12-month contract position.
- The salary range for this role is: $55,000 – $65,000 CAD
- This role will be overseen by the IT Infrastructure Manager and work day-to-day with our employees across Canada.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Provide support to end users for hardware, software, networking, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests through email, phone, and in person while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Install, configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup, account provisioning, software installation, and equipment deployment.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory, including user accounts, licensing, group memberships, permissions, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Support Windows Server environments, including user management, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file permissions, and routine server administration.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and general network connectivity issues.
- Assist with workstation deployments, hardware replacements, software installations, and IT infrastructure projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and IT asset records.
- Perform routine system maintenance and ensure IT systems operate securely and efficiently.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Diploma from college or university in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Computer Networking, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT Help Desk or Systems Support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server 2016 or newer.
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switches, and wireless networking.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications and common business software.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally between company locations.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Fortinet firewall administration.
- Experience with SAP Business One or other ERP systems.
- Experience with VMware or other virtualization platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune or device management solutions.
- Experience using an IT help desk or ticketing system.

This role does require regular lifting of surgical products and other items as required, you may be required to lift various items of up to 80lbs.
- Motion Parameters
This role is within an in-office working environment where you will be expected to stand for 5–8 hours at a time depending on structure of that day.
- Psychological Demands
This role includes the ability to make quick decisions, attention to detail, multi–task, problem solve and interpret large amounts of information quickly.
Candidate Profile:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is required.
- 1-2 years experience in Information Technology services, experience in medical device or healthcare environment is preferred and considered an asset.
- Valid Driver’s licence and access to reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable working in an in-office environment.
- Strong ability to analyze complex challenges and make the best decision on behalf of Tribe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external teams, clients and stakeholders.
