About the role

Bilingual (Spanish / English) IT Helpdesk / Technical Support:

On behalf of our IT client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (Spanish / English) IT Helpdesk / Technical Support for a 12-24 month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite per month at our client’s Toronto office.

Bilingual (Spanish / English) IT Helpdesk / Technical Support - Job Description:

This role involves providing technical support to users by resolving inquiries related to computer software or hardware operations. The position requires strong technical helpdesk experience and fluency in both Spanish and English to address issues of varying complexity levels.

Bilingual (Spanish / English) IT Helpdesk / Technical Support - Responsibilities:

Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems of varying complexity Troubleshoot customer concerns over inbound phone calls Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems

Bilingual (Spanish / English) IT Helpdesk / Technical Support - Mandatory Skills:

Fluency in English and Spanish 2-3 Years Customer Service Experience 2-3 years of browser troubleshooting practices Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, and operating system software

Bilingual (Spanish / English) IT Helpdesk / Technical Support – Nice-to-Have Skills:

Previous Help Desk or Contact Center experience Technical Help Desk Experience

Bilingual (Spanish / English) IT Helpdesk / Technical Support – Assignment Length:

The contract duration is 12-24 months based on performance, with the possibility of extension.
