Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Warehouse Operator )- Contract Position Summary: Contract Duration - 12 months Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM This position is 100% on-site at the Adair site. The newly launched manufacturing facility on Adair Blvd marks a pivotal expansion of Catalent’s Zydis® technology, a globally renowned, fast-dissolve oral dosage form that has transformed the lives of millions of patients worldwide. At Adair, you’ll play a vital role in the startup of a site built for innovation and excellence, from installation and qualification to regulatory approval and commercial manufacturing. The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator receives and stores incoming material, ships outbound materials and assists with material and inventory tracking. The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator will ensure compliance with safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices while supporting all departments with their material needs. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. The Role: Clean containers of incoming material before entry into the raw material warehouse and apply labels if necessary. Receive inbound materials, assign appropriate warehouse locations for finished goods, and record all inventory transactions in the ERP system (JDE). Support and supply all departments with material and inventory needs Follow all Safety Policies and procedures. Complete all required documentation. Perform audits in finished goods and raw material warehouses (cycle counts). Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Perform other duties as required. The Candidate: High School Diploma, GED/CAEC and/or educational credential assessment (ECA) is required Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving or inventory control is required. Good math skills. Capable of operating related computer applications (including but not limited to; Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP systems). Capable of obtaining a Forklift Certificate Class 1,2 and 3 and Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certificate. Capable of obtaining Aerial Platform Certificate including Fall Arrest. Ability to work independently, as required and complete daily activities and works cooperatively in teams, communicates clearly and has effective listening skills Candidates are required to regularly sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, and twist, ability to lift materials as part of warehouse activities, Occasional manual dexterity required, requires close and distance vision, Ability to communicate effectively through talking and hearing. There is also the potential exposure to chemicals. Candidates with non-Canadian credentials must provide an evaluation confirming the Canadian equivalency of the credentials as determined by the Alliance of Credential Evaluation Services of Canada (ACESC) such as WES. This position does not qualify for sponsorship. Pay: The start hourly rate for this position is $26.45/Hr.
