Our client is a company specializing in the production of flowers and bouquets based in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

-       Prepare and ensure the accuracy of received orders and ship them according to specifications.

-       Verify the accuracy of shipping documents (labels, invoices, proof of delivery).

-       Participate in inventory counts and ensure the accuracy of product inventory.

-       Communicate with various departments to ensure order compliance.

-       Conduct inspections, cutting, and quality analysis according to procedures.

-       Collaborate with the quality department to maintain high product standards.

-       Assist with coordinating the work shift.

-       Assist in training employees.

-       Enter data into the computer.

-       Act as a substitute during the supervisor’s vacation or absence.

-       Perform any other related tasks as required by the role.

Requirements:

-       Ability to perform physical tasks.

-       Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods.

-       1 to 2 years of experience as a team leader.

-       Knowledge of the manufacturing sector (an asset).

-       Access to a vehicle.

-       Very good knowledge of French.

-       Good computer skills (Excel / RF scanner).

-       Valid sit-down forklift license (an asset).

-       Basic knowledge of English to communicate with suppliers in Ontario (5 to 10% of the time).

Salary: $22.50 per hour (increases to $25 after the probation period).

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday (weekends as needed).

Status: Temporary with the possibility of permanent employment.
