Portfolio Manager / Program Manager – MES & Manufacturing Digital
About the role
Portfolio Manager / Program Manager – MES & Manufacturing Digital Location: Remote – British Columbia Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Portfolio/Program Manager to lead Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Digital Manufacturing initiatives for a leading Life Sciences organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise manufacturing transformation programs and driving cross-functional digital initiatives.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or a related field. 12+ years of IT or Digital Transformation experience. 8+ years managing enterprise MES or Manufacturing Digital programs. Experience with Emerson Syncade, Werum PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, Siemens Opcenter, or similar MES platforms. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications MBA preferred. PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Prince2 certification. Experience with Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, IoT, or Digital Twin initiatives. Previous experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Travel: Up to 20%
