Our client, the Bank of Canada has a 2 year hybrid remote contract (3 days per month onsite) the rest is remote. Below is the job description.

Under the direction of the Director, Supervision Portfolio: • Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, test cases and acceptance criteria in consultation with business partners to align to their objectives • Facilitate and/or participate in various project workshops (e.g., requirements gathering, design, etc.) • Test software features against acceptance criteria and document results • Support user acceptance testing and end-user training • Plan and document activities for key milestones and track progress against plan • Support the development and reporting of performance metrics • Required Qualifications & Skills: • University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field • A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated work experience in business analysis or a related field • A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated work experience supporting enterprise IT software implementation projects • Demonstrated experience documenting business requirements, including both functional and nonfunctional requirements • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and analytical skills Additional Qualifications The following will also be considered: • Demonstrated ability to organize effectively • Demonstrated experience with process improvement skills • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure Services and Dynamics 365 CRM
