About the role

Title Identity Access Management Consultant Description Responsibilities:

  1. Develop solutions to resolve existing PKI OIM issues.

  2. Develop solution to implement features required by identity and certificate management system.

  3. Develop solutions to ensure OPS/BPS Secure modules to comply with GO-ITS 25 security requirement.

  4. Implement solutions to support client applications to migrate off from OPS/BPS Secure Service.

  5. Support the development, testing and deployment solution to the PKI OIM service and OPS/BPS Secure service by:

o Providing full software development life cycle (SDLC) support. o Identifying, researching, or promoting technological innovations. o Demonstrating technological innovation through proofs-of-concept. o Promoting and supporting excellence in tools. o Developing requirements for tools (e.g., development, code migration, data migration, configuration management, reporting). o Evaluating and recommending tools. o Installing and configuring tools. o Developing, testing, and deploying programmatic constructs (e.g., scripts, queries, views, reports, procedures).

  1. Document maintenance and support requirements and procedures.

  2. Provide development support for performance and consumption reporting.

This position is listed as "Onsite"; the resource is expected to work between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location. Skills

  1. Leadership in Identity and Access Management (Entrust and Oracle IAM) – 40%

5+ years of experience with providing development support for COTS based identity and access management systems including the following: o 2 years experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) customization, including development and deployment of OIM schedulers, adapters, and plugins, as well as custom OIM UI development and connector customized development. o At least 3 years of experience related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus. o At least 3 years of application developing experience in developing applications with OAuth2 & OIDC technology, developing customized OIDC, developing OAuth2&OIDC client and integration with IAM products. o At least 4 years of experience related to implementations with over 10,000 registered users.

  1. Developing and Sustaining Large Applications – 30% 5+ years of experience with designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining large application implementations based on the following technology products: o Web Tier: OHS, Windows Internet Information Server (IIS), IBM HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat. o App Tier: WebLogic, Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition. o DB Tier: Oracle database 19C o O/S: Windows, and Linux. o Strong experience with Angular 12 and 14, Spring Boots 4; 2+ years of experience in using and developing Angular UI libraries. o At least 5 years of Java Open JDK 8 and 11. o Experience of Azure and microservice architecture.

  2. Problem Solving – 20% 10+ years of experience with triaging, analyzing, diagnosing (i.e., troubleshooting), evaluating options, and resolving application problems including the following: o At least 3 years of experience related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus. o At least 3 years related to troubleshooting problems related to non-production environments. o At least 3 years related to identity and access management solutions.

  3. Quality Control and Assurance – 10% o 10+ years of experience with quality control and assurance methodologies and practices as applied to the implementation of applications with over 10,000 users. o Experience with Change Management and Release Management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications. o Experience with automated testing and development tools (e.g. LoadRunner). o Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes such as Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Capacity Management. The candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week

Must Have: At least 3 years of hands-on development experience related to Oracle Identity Manager - A MUST.
