Estimator / AutoCAD /Office Coordinator (Full-Time) HVAC Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) Agency We are a growing HVAC Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) agency seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Office Coordinator / AutoCAD & Estimating Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the HVAC industry who enjoys a combination of estimating, drafting and office administration. Position Details · Position: Estimator / AutoCAD / Office Coordinator · Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent · Start Date: August, 2026 · Hours: Maximum of 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week) · Salary: Starting at $70,000 per year Employee Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: · Extended health benefits · Dental coverage · Gas allowance · Cell phone allowance · Supportive team environment · Opportunities for professional growth Key Responsibilities · Complete HVAC Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) takeoffs from mechanical drawings. · Prepare and modify AutoCAD layouts and drawings. · Assist field technicians by preparing project documentation and organizing job files. · Review, compile, and finalize TAB reports and project paperwork. · Maintain accurate project records and electronic filing systems. · Provide general administrative support to ensure projects run efficiently. Required Qualifications Applicants must possess: · Must live in the Metro Greater Vancouver Area · Minimum 2 years of experience using AutoCAD. · Minimum 2 years of experience performing HVAC TAB takeoffs. · Excellent command of the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing. · Proficiency with: o Microsoft Excel o Microsoft Word o Microsoft Outlook o Microsoft Teams · Excellent organizational and time-management skills. · Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. · Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. · Eligibility to work in Canada. Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: · HVAC Testing, Adjusting and Balancing · Experience in the review and understanding of Mechanical construction drawings · Mechanical/HVAC estimating · Mechanical Commissioning & documentation · Working within the mechanical/HVAC construction industry We’re Looking For Someone Who Is: · Professional and dependable · Highly organized · Self-motivated · Detail-oriented · Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines · Comfortable working independently while supporting a collaborative team
