Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a R&D Systems & Lab Operations Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves managing and optimizing research and development systems and laboratory operations to support innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining lab equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and operate laboratory equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for lab operations and safety compliance. • Coordinate with R&D teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in lab workflows. • Manage inventory of lab supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and availability. • Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of lab instruments to meet quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience with laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration is required. • Knowledge of standard operating procedures and safety protocols in lab environments is required. • Ability to manage lab inventory and procurement processes is required. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in R&D settings is required. • Familiarity with data collection and documentation in lab operations is required.
