UMDB is onboarding actors, directors, cinematographers, editors, writers, and sound designers for upcoming film productions, casting calls, and creative collaborations. All levels welcome. No prior experience required. What you'll do: Apply to casting calls and creative roles posted by producers and studios Build your portfolio, reel, and credits on your UMDB profile Compete in industry competitions and earn Official Selection credentials Get seen by casting directors and producers actively looking for talent Coming August 14th — The 48 Hours Vertical Film Showcase Build a team of three. A secret brief drops August 21 to registered teams only. From that moment, you have 48 hours to write, shoot, edit, and deliver one vertical film. The community votes. Judges pick the winner. The winning team's film is distributed on UntoldCine.com with a full marketing push from UMDB and a recorded professional critique. Free to enter. You keep all rights. Every entrant gets a permanent Official Selection badge on their UMDB profile.
