Senior Solution Architect - CRM Contract Duration: 6 Months Work Model:(5 Days Onsite per Week & 7.2hrs / day ) Location: Ontario, Canada
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect - CRM to lead the design, implementation, governance, and optimization of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architectures, integration strategies, security frameworks, and technology standards while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders across multiple workstreams. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, enterprise integration, security architecture, and solution governance within large and complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design

Design scalable, configurable, and multi-tenant enterprise platforms supporting multiple business domains. Establish architecture standards, design principles, technology roadmaps, and solution review processes. Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
Architect and implement Dynamics 365 solutions using best practices and governance frameworks. Design Dataverse architectures including:
Data modeling Entity design Security models Data management strategies
Implement Power Platform solutions including:
Model-Driven Apps Power Automate Power Pages Business Process Flows
Design and govern Dynamics 365 customizations using:
Plugins PCF Controls Custom APIs Azure-hosted extensions
Azure & Enterprise Integration
Design and implement Azure-based enterprise solutions utilizing:
Azure Integration Services Azure Functions App Services API Management Cloud-native components
Develop enterprise integration architectures across multiple business systems. Establish scalable API-led integration patterns and service orchestration strategies. Design and govern RESTful API architectures and integration standards. Implement integrations using MuleSoft and other enterprise integration technologies.
Security & Data Architecture
Design Dynamics 365 security frameworks including:
Business Units Security Roles Access Controls Data Segregation Models
Develop enterprise cloud security and Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategies. Leverage Microsoft Entra ID and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks. Define enterprise data architecture, migration strategies, common data models, and governance standards.
Architecture Governance Produce and maintain key architecture deliverables, including:

Required Technical Skills (60%) Microsoft Technologies
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture. Strong expertise in Microsoft Dataverse architecture and governance. Hands-on experience with Power Platform technologies. Experience designing and developing Dynamics 365 extensions and custom components. Expertise in enterprise workflow automation and orchestration using Power Automate. Experience developing external and internal-facing solutions using Power Pages.
Azure & Integration
