Cobalt Construction Inc. is currently seeking reliable and hard-working Labourers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on active civil construction projects in remote locations across Yukon while being part of a supportive and safety-focused crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labour duties on active construction sites
• Assist equipment operators and skilled trades as required
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely
• Support site setup, material handling, and clean-up
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and site protocols
• Participate in daily toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and safety meetings
• Work collaboratively with crew members to meet project timelines

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous construction or remote camp experience is considered an asset
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
• Ability to lift 70 lbs or more
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to work rotational schedules (e.g., 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or similar)
• Ability to live and work in a remote camp environment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence preferred

• Remote road construction and civil project sites across Yukon
• Camp accommodations and meals typically provided while on shift
• Team-oriented and safety-first culture

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year preferred
