Duties

• Champion hospitality.
• Foster pride and passion.
• Provide exceptional service to all members and guests.
• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, remove dishes.
• Accurately record sales in P.O.S.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, bar, and kitchen.
• Prepare drinks, per orders.
• Assist with monthly bar inventory.
• Light cooking and food preparation may be required (making toast, coffee, serving soup).
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• 1 – 2 years serving experience.
• Banquet experience is considered an asset.
• Wine knowledge is considered an asset.
• Smart Serve Certification required PRIOR to starting the position.
