Office PA Location: Downtown Toronto Duration: 3 month contract with possibility of extension
Cream Productions is an award-winning factual television and film company based in Toronto, Ontario. We excel in creating premium documentary and unscripted programming for broadcasters and streaming platforms worldwide.
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Office Production Assistant to support our production team as we head into a busy season. The role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in television production as it will provide exposure to every stage of the filmmaking process from development through post-production.
Responsibilities Assist Head of Production and Producers with day-to-day project coordination Coordinate travel and other production logistics Assist with production paperwork, document management, scanning, copying, courier coordination and other day-to-day office support. Maintain production files and manage databases including contacts, vendors, security information, distribution lists and expense reports Provide administrative support across accounting functions Liaise with department heads in development and business affairs across multiple projects Manage office supplies, coordinate IT support and respond to production team requests Assist in organizing team initiatives, events, celebrations and other office activities
Qualifications College diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience) Exceptional organization skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail Highly motivated and proactive Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable learning new software and systems Interest in documentary, factual, and unscripted television A desire to learn and grow in the industry
Expected Compensation: $1200/wk
