📢 Subcontracts Specialist II 📍 North Vancouver, BC (Hybrid) 💰 $50-$52/hr INC | $40-$42/hr TERM ⏳ 12 Month Contract (Strong possibility of extension)

TEEMA is supporting a large marine and shipbuilding organization on the hiring of a Subcontracts Specialist II to support major vessel construction programs.

This role is focused on managing the full subcontract lifecycle from RFP development and bid evaluations through contract award, supplier management, change orders, claims administration, and subcontract closeout.

Key Requirements: • 5+ years of procurement, subcontract management, or contract administration experience • Experience managing medium to large subcontract packages in a project-based environment • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills • Experience supporting capital projects, construction, manufacturing, shipbuilding, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects • Ability to manage RFPs, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, change orders, milestones, deliverables, and supplier performance • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Law, or related field

Nice to Have: • SCMP, PMAC, P.Log, APICS or related procurement certifications • Shipbuilding, marine, construction, infrastructure, or industrial project experience

Requirements: • Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident • Ability to obtain Reliability Status and Controlled Goods Clearance
