IT Helpdesk Technical Support (2-Month Contract) Montreal, QC (On-site)

Join DART Aerospace DART Aerospace is a global aerospace manufacturer supporting mission-critical operations worldwide. We are currently seeking an IT Helpdesk Technical Support professional to join our IT team on a short-term contract and provide first and second-level technical support across our organization.

What You'll Do As part of the IT team, you will provide technical assistance to end-users across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-level technical support via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Support workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment Manage user accounts, permissions, password resets, and system access requests Support users with Microsoft 365, VPN, ERP, CRM, and other business applications Install, configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware and software Use remote support tools to diagnose and resolve user issues Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members when required Deliver excellent customer service to both technical and non-technical users Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Previous experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, Desktop Support, or Service Desk environments Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications Knowledge of Active Directory user administration and password management Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Assets Experience supporting ERP or CRM platforms Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS) Experience with remote support tools Exposure to Azure, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity best practices
