From $106,460.91 to $125,248.03

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to lead medium- to large-scale ITC and WSIB initiatives. In this role, you will provide strategic business analysis expertise to support transformation, process improvement, and technology-enabled change. You will work closely with business partners, project teams, and leadership to identify opportunities, define solutions, and drive successful outcomes.
What you’ll do
Lead complex business analysis for enterprise-wide projects and initiatives Facilitate workshops to gather, validate, and refine business requirements, processes, workflows, and business rules Translate business needs into clear functional and information requirements into Technical requirements documents, create Epics and convert them to well defined User Stories & acceptance criteria. Partner with WSIB QA and BAT team in defect triage meetings and help review, classify (severity), accept/reject and prioritize defects- Identify options, assess impacts, and recommend solutions that meet business objectives Support business transformation, process redesign, and continuous improvement initiatives Develop project proposals, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and briefing materials Partner with Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Enterprise Architects on solution design and implementation Provide planning input, functional leadership, and guidance throughout development, testing, and implementation Collaborate with Business stakeholders to prioritize requirements/enhancements for parallel initiatives Lead discussions and build consensus with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Mentor Business Analysts and provide advice on best practices, methodology, and project deliverables Contribute subject matter expertise to procurement activities, including bid evaluation and vendor selection Research and apply innovative tools, technologies, and methods to improve systems and services
What You Bring
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Commerce, Science, or Social Science
Experience
Seven years of experience in Information Technology - business analysis, business process re-engineering, process remodeling, and business transformation Genesis cloud CX experience and/or certifications
