About the role

About iSeeWell iSeeWell helps optometry clinics get discovered by patients and receive qualified appointment requests. Clinics can list for free, manage appointment requests through our platform, and go live without complex PMS integration.

We are expanding across Canada and the United States and are looking for a part-time Sales Development Rep to help us contact optometry clinics, book qualified demos, and support clinic onboarding.

About the Role You will call optometry clinics, speak with front desk staff, clinic managers, owners, or optometrists, explain the iSeeWell clinic offer, and book qualified demos or onboarding calls.

All sales activity will be tracked in Close CRM, including calls, emails, notes, follow-ups, lead status, demo status, and clinic onboarding progress.

Responsibilities Research and build lists of optometry clinics in Canada and the United States Call clinics and ask for the clinic manager, owner, or optometrist Explain how iSeeWell helps clinics receive qualified appointment requests Send short follow-up emails after calls Book qualified demos or onboarding calls Track all calls, emails, notes, tasks, outcomes, and next steps in Close CRM Keep clinic records clean and updated in Close CRM Record clinic objections, buying signals, and feedback Follow approved outreach scripts and compliance rules Provide weekly reporting on calls, conversations, demos attended, clinics live, and clinics activated

Ideal Candidate Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, B2B sales, or healthcare sales Comfortable speaking with clinic staff, managers, doctors, and business owners Professional, confident, polite, and persistent Strong English communication skills Able to work independently and follow a structured CRM process Comfortable using Close CRM or similar tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or GoHighLevel Available during Eastern Time business hours

Preferred Experience Close CRM experience Optical sales Optometry clinic sales Eyewear, lens, or contact lens sales Medical or dental clinic sales Healthcare SaaS sales Clinic marketing or practice-growth sales Appointment setting for B2B or healthcare companies

Performance Goals 40–70 calls per working day 5–10 real clinic conversations per working day 3–6 qualified demos attended per week after ramp-up 100% of calls, notes, outcomes, and follow-ups tracked in Close CRM Help move clinics from first conversation to demo, onboarding, live status, and first qualified booking request

Compensation $18–$22 CAD/hour for appointment-setting or cold-calling experience Higher rate may be considered for candidates with direct optical, optometry, dental, medical clinic, healthcare sales, or strong Close CRM experience 8–10 hours per week to start 2-week paid trial first 60–90 day contract after successful trial Performance bonuses available
