Job Duties

1. Instructor will be responsible in communicating with students enrolled in NURS 1696.
2. Instructor will load the exam into Brightspace and make necessary revisions in consultation with the educators from SHA.
3. Instructor must be available online during the designated day of the exam.
4. Instructor will be responsible in monitoring the students exam performance during the designated exam day of the hemodialysis trainees.
5. Instructor will prepare a summary of the students’ exam performance after the exam.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Description

Required Qualifications

1. Registered Nurse with a post secondary nursing degree.

2. Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).

3. A minimum of 3 years recent and relevant experience in a clinical nurse educator role in the related field.

4. Experience teaching adults.

5. The ability to effectively engage students in an online learning environment.

6. Recent experience teaching renal nursing skills.
