✅ What We're Looking For

5–8 years of Business Systems Analysis experience Strong experience in the Credit Cards domain (Credit Origination, Adjudication & Servicing) 2+ years of Agile project experience Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio Experience in business rules, data mapping, and system analysis Basic knowledge of SQL/database queries and Java code Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Gather and analyze business requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle Support solution design, testing, implementation, and deployment Contribute to process improvements and innovative solutions
