This posting is for two to five unionized contractual appointments. A Teaching Assistant is a Graduate Student employed to assist the Course Supervisor as a Teaching Assistant in a classroom environment. Teaching Assistant Positions are governed by the Collective Agreement between McGill University and the Association of Graduate Students Employed at McGill (AGSEM).

Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting in lab experiences and assessing students' peer- and self-evaluations of project deliverables throughout the semester, offering feedback on their project progress, and assisting the instructor with in-class exercises. Requirements*: Must be thorough, diligent and consistent. Must be responsible and willing to provide in-person (virtual) and real time feedback to students.*
Primary Duties:
- Manage laboratory experiences for undergraduates, including presentation and grading
- Assist instructor with maintaining the record of grade, set up the library of questions for the final examination.
- Manage remote delivery of laboratory related work and correspondence with students
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in physical education, kinesiology or equivalent. Successfully completed course in Motor Development and at least one other course in the social-behavioral sciences of Physical Education
