Job Description We are currently looking for a Labourer to join our team in Laval. The Labourer will play a key role in the daily operations of the site. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting, handling, and preparing metals. This is a dynamic position that combines manual labour, physical work, and teamwork in an industrial environment. What you will be responsible for : Assist with unloading materials; Sort, inspect, and identify different types of metals; Assess the quality of incoming materials; Weigh metals and complete the required data entry; Operate various equipment and machinery, as needed; Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety standards; Perform any other related duties to support site operations. Qualifications To join our team : You are physically fit and enjoy manual labour and material handling; You are comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks; You work safely and follow health and safety procedures; You are responsible, resourceful, versatile, and enjoy working as part of a team; You are able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment; You have experience in metal recycling or operating a forklift (an asset).
