MLSE's Internship term dates are from September 8, 2026 - December 18, 2026 Responsibilities Support with strategic planning of experiences to support retention strategies, generate new revenue streams, and deliver exceptional member experiences. Execute extensive research of VIP Hospitality, VIP engagement, innovative solutions and best practices across leagues to inform future membership services and retention strategies. Support data management initiatives to maintain data integrity on our VIP & Premium Membership bases. Complete monthly calculations and reconciliations for key accounts Collaborate across multiple internal departments to coordinate on court experiences Deliver enhanced premium seating experience Perform daily multi-department needs in relation to VIP members, satisfaction, and account servicing Provide assistance to high profile customers in order to elevate their overall experience Keep team aligned with important dates across all lines of business daily Adhere to all MLSE standards and policies. Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a University or College degree, diploma or certificate in sports, events, marketing, public relations, or related field. A proactive approach toward day-to-day activities and shifting demands, demonstrating a high level of initiative, independence, and attention to detail. A self-starter with the ability to work independently. Available for TML, TR, TFC, ARGOS, Marlies, Raps905 and LIVE home games and special events, including evenings & weekends. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to be always a team player. Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
