Job Description Key Responsibilities Design technical specifications for journey deployment Support UAT to ensure data availability, accuracy, and quality across platforms Conduct deep‑dive analysis and investigations to identify issues and insights Develop reporting and measurement solutions for customer journeys Qualifications 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and campaign/journey measurement 5+ years of experience in fintech, telecommunications, or customer‑facing environments Strong hands‑on experience with SAS, SQL, Teradata/DBVisualizer, Salesforce CRM, and Power BI Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
