Role Overview The Change Management and Training Lead will support JFE Shoji Power Canada’s preparation for its planned NetSuite go-live in late November 2026. The role will focus on user acceptance testing, training, employee readiness, and go-live support across Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, and related Ignition MES integrations. The position will work closely with the ERP Project Manager, NetSuite implementation partners, functional leads, department managers, and end users. Key Responsibilities User Acceptance Testing Coordinate NetSuite UAT schedules, participants, test scripts, and completion tracking. Support testing of end-to-end JFE processes for all business areas. Help users document defects, process gaps, and training needs. Track issues through correction, retesting, and business sign-off. Provide regular UAT status updates and escalate risks to the Project Manager. Training and Documentation Develop a role-based NetSuite training matrix for all affected employees. Create practical training materials using JFE processes and NetSuite screens. Prepare user guides, quick-reference sheets, process maps, checklists, and FAQs. Coordinate and deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for department champions and subject-matter experts. Track attendance, completion, and employees requiring additional support. Ensure training materials reflect the final approved NetSuite configuration. Change Management and Communications Identify how NetSuite will change current roles, responsibilities, workflows, and business processes. Develop clear employee communications explaining what is changing, when it is changing, and what employees need to do. Prepare project updates, training notices, manager talking points, countdown communications, and go-live instructions. Gather employee questions and concerns and coordinate responses with the ERP team. Reinforce the use of approved NetSuite processes and reduce reliance on legacy spreadsheets and workarounds. Go-Live Readiness Develop department-level NetSuite readiness checklists. Confirm employees have completed training and received the correct NetSuite roles and access. Verify procedures, job aids, support contacts, and escalation paths are available before go-live. Track outstanding readiness items, owners, and completion dates. Support cutover communications, transaction deadlines, blackout periods, and day-one instructions. Provide an overall employee and departmental readiness assessment for the go-live decision. Key Deliverables NetSuite change management and communication plan. UAT schedule, participant matrix, issue tracker, and sign-off records. Role-based training matrix and training schedule. NetSuite user guides, job aids, process maps, and FAQs. Training attendance and completion tracker. Departmental go-live readiness checklists. Go-live and hypercare support plan. Weekly UAT, training, and readiness status reports. Required Experience Experience supporting a NetSuite or similar ERP implementation. Experience coordinating UAT, employee training, communications, or go-live readiness. Strong documentation, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to explain NetSuite processes clearly to office, warehouse, production, and management employees. Manufacturing ERP, inventory, production, or MES experience is an asset. Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Reporting Relationship The role will report to the Direct of IT and Automation and work closely with the NetSuite implementation partner, IT, Human Resources, functional leads, department managers, and project sponsors.
