Groundskeeper

iRange Toronto is currently seeking Groundskeepers for its Brampton/Toronto facility. The individual must be reliable to work early mornings and able to pick golf balls manually from the field. iRange Toronto is a first-class driving range and is the largest fully automated driving range in Canada and can accommodate up to 40 golfers at one time. The central feature of the system is it automatically sets up balls for golfers to hit so that they do not have to set up a new ball prior to their next stroke – and continues to do so instantaneously after every practice shot! This position is seasonal from approximately May 2026 - Nov 2026. The successful candidate will: Ensure golf balls are collected from the field, including hand-picking of balls from rough terrain as required Assist with washing, drying, of balls and filling the golf bays. Cleaning of grounds and facilities, including janitorial duties for washrooms. Works in conjunction with duty managers and maintenance staff to ensure efficient work flow Perform other duties related to the efficient operation of the range as needed. Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures. Requirements Work Requirements: Comfortable working under extremely warm conditions during the summer months (30˚C or above) and cold conditions during the fall/winter months (0˚C and below). Must have sufficient physical strength and ability to independently and repeatedly, lift and carry up to 50lbs, move and push objects weighing up to 75 pounds and to lift, and move and carry objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance. Able to work early mornings from 6am on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays required as per scheduling. Strong work ethic – hard working, flexible availability, good attitude, teamwork, and cooperation skills. Commitment to working in a safe manner. Responsible for collecting golf balls from the field and maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds and facilities. This includes washing balls, filling golf bays, and performing janitorial duties for washrooms.

Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs independently and working in extreme weather conditions. Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.
