Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well. Salary range (but not limited to): 43,600 - 53,200 About the role We are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! This is a 12-month contract, on-site at our office five days per week. Location: Dartmouth, 20 Hector Gate What you will accomplish with us: Respond to incoming calls or emails and provide required information. Greet incoming visitors at reception and notify the appropriate person of arrival. Maintain and update telephone lists. Maintain reception area and nearby boardrooms. Manage scanning for electronic mail. Provide support for mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed. Other duties as assigned. What you will bring: College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills. Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office. Must be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
