The Financial Performance Advisor will ensure financial performance reporting and monitoring by analyzing variances and maintaining data integrity. They will also act as a business partner to support teams in understanding financial performance and contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A practices.

Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting, with strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis. Excellent communication skills and an advanced level of English are required to support stakeholders across different regions.
