Partner with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver age-appropriate learning programs that support children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development. Supervise children, maintain a safe and healthy environment, guide daily routines, observe and report on children's progress or concerns, and support their creative learning.

Support students' academic, behavioural, safety, medical, physical, and personal care needs, individually and in groups, while promoting inclusion, independence, and positive behaviour. Implement student plans and strategies under teacher and principal direction, monitor and communicate student progress, and collaborate with school teams and families.
