What You’ll Do As a key player in our team, you will develop and manage complex projects related to new payments products, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of security, performance, and reliability. You will serve as the vital link between External Payment Services and internal stakeholders, defining clear requirements, planning product releases, and designing engaging web interfaces and features. Your expertise will help balance business needs with technical constraints, guiding the team through escalation management and strategic tradeoffs to drive success. Required Skills 3-5 years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead Strong understanding of payments or mobile payments industry a plus Proven success in delivering software products from concept to customer deployment Effective collaboration with diverse teams across business and technical units Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Linux, Java, and HTML Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Experience with payment infrastructure and industry regulations Knowledge of security protocols associated with payment systems Prior experience in product or program management within fintech or related sectors Other Requirements Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong product management skills Willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced, evolving environment If you're ready to make an impact in the payment industry with your technical expertise and innovative spirit, we want to hear from you.
