Position #: V44415 Expected Start Date: September 14, 2026 Union: OOS Facility: Wascana Rehabilitation Centre City/Town: Regina Department: Accommodations and Attendance Management Regina Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: March 31, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Standby Number of Hours per Rotation: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Job description: Accommodations & Attendance Management Specialists are responsible for providing advanced knowledge as a strategic partner and subject matter expert in the design, delivery and implementation of human resource services and strategies to improve operations, achieve goals and resolve issues. The Specialist provides guidance and support for all return to work and/or accommodations and attendance issues including external insurance providers, CBA interpretations, validating, questioning and requesting additional medical information, grievance procedures including arbitrations, and policy development. They will develop and provide education for physicians, managers, union representatives, and employees with regard to the accommodation and attendance programs and processes. The Specialist demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The Specialist must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The Specialist will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners. Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master of Social Work, Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Kinesiology, or an undergraduate degree in a health-related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, disability, or attendance management is required, along with a valid Class 5 driver's license.
