The Confidential Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for the provision of administrative services by effectively and efficiently managing administrative matters which support the day to day operations of the network. These services include; administrative support to the Director and Managers, preparation of data and reports related to service provision and budget administration, managing administrative support staff, managing personnel procedures and participating in network leadership activities. Education * Business Administration diploma (DBA) Competencies * Computer skills * Variety of computer programs Experience * Three to Five years related experience including in a supervisory capacity. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Ability to respond under pressure. * Demonstrates leadership abilities * Demonstrate sound judgement * Ability to establish/maintain effective working internal/external relationships * Strong interpersonal skills * Proven ability to manage staff, define roles, assess performance and training * Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills. * Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity * Ability to prepare reports in a clear, concise and timely manner. * Ability to produce workable and practical solutions. * Self motivated with the ability to work independently Other Education and Training * College diploma in business commerce preferred.
