The Intake Facilitator provides screening, triage, assessments for urgency/risk, and coordinates case assignments. The position facilitates crisis response and short-term support for services to clients presenting with a variety of mental health and addictions issues. The Intake Facilitator provides consultation to Community Agencies and Programs regarding services available in Mental Health and Addiction Services. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Addictions Counseling, Social Sciences, or Nursing. A valid Class 5 driver's license and registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers are also required.
