Position #: 180838 Expected Start Date: December 01, 2026 Union: OOS Facility: Saskatchewan Health Authority City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Medical Leadership Team Office - Chief of Staff Saskatoon Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: December 01, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to the Area Chief of Staff of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and provides administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to support the efficient operation of the Area Chief of Staff's portfolio, through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with all members of the Senior Leadership Team, and their support staff, to assist in accomplishing the Saskatchewan Health Authority's objectives. The incumbent co-ordinates workflow with other administrative support staff in the Executive Office and at the Executive Director level and, in their absence, may provide support services as requested.
