Performs a variety of ultrasound techniques to provide diagnostic images for the detection of conditions and diseases. Works independently to assist healthcare teams in patient diagnosis.

Requires a Diagnostic Medical Sonography diploma and registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Professionals of Saskatchewan. Must be certified by Sonography Canada as a Canadian Registered Generalist Sonographer (CRGS).
