SNB Teleservices provides over-the-phone government services to the public using a variety of computerized databases in accordance to related acts, policies and procedure. As a member of the TeleServices Team, the successful candidates will be responsible for: * Obtaining knowledge about government services offered by SNB TeleServices * Assessing client needs, verifying information, updating databases, processing transactions and payments, forward information to appropriate business partners * Using resources including online manuals, guides, and contacts in other government departments * Understanding and navigating the software of SNB, as well as of various partners * Problem solving and escalating concerns as needed * Collecting, compiling and tracking data to take the pulse on services * Providing floor coaching, team support, and/or on-the-job training as you gain experience or as needed Please ensure that you indicate the competition number 15988 (R85-2026/27-083) when applying. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma and a post-secondary diploma in related field. A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience in a related field. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.
