What you will do Reporting to the Technical Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: * assisting the Technical Supervisor by carrying out basic survey tasks such as re-establishing centerline alignments, resetting grades, cross sectioning work areas; * assisting the Technical Supervisor in quantity calculations, set up and operations of Total Station Instrument; * co-ordinate, provide instruction to employees on the job, as required; * assisting in taking samples and performing concrete testing. Work environment: * Office location: Edmundston. * 40-hour work week, with variable hours, including, evenings and weekends, when required. * Working on job sites in all weather conditions, exposure to dust and fumes. * Ability to lift and carry survey equipment and walking over uneven or sloping terrain. * Able to work at heights and around bridges. * Some travel within the region will be required. * We promote a scent-reduced environment. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Written and spoken competence in English or French is required. The successful candidate will assist the Technical Supervisor with survey tasks, including centerline alignments, grade setting, and cross-sectioning work areas. Additionally, they will perform concrete testing, manage quantity calculations, and operate Total Station instruments.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of six years of related work experience. A valid Class 5 driver's license is required, along with the ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
