Join the Crystal Lodge Team as a Bike Valet Are you passionate about biking and Whistler’s trails? The Crystal Lodge is looking for a Part-Time Bike Valet to join our Front Desk team for a seasonal summer contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for students looking to earn extra cash over the summer or for anyone who loves biking and wants to share that passion with our guests! What You’ll Do: * Provide exceptional guest service through the oversight of the bike valet. * Store and retrieve guest bikes safely and efficiently. * Share your knowledge of Whistler, Whistler Blackcomb, trail conditions, and weather with guests. * Assist guests with referrals, requests, and general inquiries. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Bike Room. * Be familiar with emergency procedures and assist other departments as needed. * Support Crystal Lodge’s environmental initiatives, including waste separation, energy and water conservation, and green practices. What We’re Looking For: * Previous guest service experience is required. * Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping guests. * Strong knowledge of Whistler, especially Whistler Blackcomb. * Able to lift bikes up to 40 lbs and push a bell cart. * Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours. * Available until the end of August * Must have accommodation in the Sea to Sky Corridor (no staff housing available for part-time positions). This is a part-time position. Must be available 20 - 24 hours per week, until the end of August, from 8am - 12pm, or 3pm - 6pm or both for split shifts.

Manage the bike valet service by safely storing and retrieving guest bicycles. Provide guests with information regarding Whistler trails, weather conditions, and general local inquiries.

Candidates must have previous guest service experience and strong knowledge of the Whistler area. Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and availability for part-time shifts until the end of August is required.
