The Talent Research Specialist will conduct proactive sourcing and cold calling on various platforms to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. They will also collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and assist in the logistical planning of recruitment events.

Responsabilités principales Effectuer du ''cold calling'', de la recherche de talents et du démarchage proactif sur LinkedIn, Indeed et les réseaux sociaux pour cibler des candidats passifs. Bâtir et maintenir un bassin de candidats qualifiés pour les postes à forte contrainte de recrutement. Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe d'Acquisition de talents pour aligner les stratégies de sourcing avec les besoins opérationnels. Faire le suivi quotidien des activités de prise de contact et transmettre des rapports d'avancement au VP des opérations. Supporter la recherche, la planification et la préparation logistique pour les foires d'emploi et événements de recrutement locaux. Toutes autres taches connexes. Exigences requises Expérience concrète en ventes, agence de recrutement, en prospection téléphonique ou en appels sortants (outbound calls). Fortes compétences relationnelles, entregent et capacité démontrée à faire preuve d'initiative. Expérience préalable en recrutement/sourcing (un atout majeur). Capacité d'apprentissage rapide des spécificités techniques de nos métiers. Grande débrouillardise, créativité et résilience. Excellentes aptitudes de communication orale et écrite en français. Bilingue (un atout majeur) Environnement de travail et conditions Statut : Emploi temporaire / Contractuel / Stage / Co-op (durée de 4 à 6 mois, flexible). Horaire : Du lundi au vendredi (de jour).
