The IT Support team member will provide technical assistance to staff by troubleshooting hardware and software issues while maintaining systems and peripherals. They are also responsible for documenting resolutions, configuring applications, and traveling to various FIREFLY locations to provide on-site support.

The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and reception support to clinical managers and frontline staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, maintaining calendars, and preparing meeting minutes.
Hybrid
Team members will support youth events, focus groups, and outreach activities to ensure youth voices are included in organizational decisions. They will also build connections with youth across the region and represent the organization at various community engagement events.
