The Falcon Group is seeking a motivated and hardworking General Labourer to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of our projects by assisting site supervision and crews with a variety of daily construction and site-related tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Roles & Responsibilities General housekeeping – maintaining a tidy and orderly job site Must bring a commitment to safety, a positive attitude, and a desire to perform physical work Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills Must be team oriented Communicate effectively with equipment operators via hand signals and radio communications while guiding/directing moving equipment Able to work independently as required Assist the supervisor in maintaining records, report safety issues, concerns or hazard Perform other duties as assigned Attributes Working knowledge of hazards and safety precautions common to construction site operations Well-developed planning and organization abilities Physically fit, with excellent stamina and the ability to perform hard manual labor Must be team oriented Basic hand tool skills Able to work independently as required Qualifications Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test required to access site Valid drivers license Minimum of 3 years experience on site CSTS, WHIMIS & OFA Level 1 is an asset Must be willing to work away from home in a camp environment
