About the role: We are seeking a data-driven Product Analyst to drive product performance through rigorous experimentation, advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and scalable reporting. This role will own the design and analysis of A/B tests, develop predictive models to anticipate user behavior and outcomes, and translate insights into actionable business insights and strategy. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. Key Responsibilities: Experimentation & Testing Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across product features and user journeys Define success metrics, guardrails, and statistical frameworks for experimentation Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering, to prioritize and implement test roadmaps Ensure test quality, validity, and scalability through best practices Product Analytics Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature adoption to identify opportunities Translate business questions into analytical and statistical frameworks Perform root cause analysis on product performance issues Support product strategy with data-driven insights and recommendations Predictive Modeling Develop and deploy predictive models (e.g., propensity, churn, conversion, LTV) to forecast user behavior and business outcomes Build segmentation and scoring frameworks to enable targeted product strategies Incorporate model outputs into product decisions, experimentation, and optimization pipelines Monitor model performance and recalibrate based on data drift and evolving user behavior Dashboarding & Reporting Build and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI) Enable self-serve analytics through scalable data models and clear metric definitions Automate reporting pipelines and standardize KPI tracking Communicate insights through concise, executive-ready summaries What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, economics, or similar fields, with a quantitative focus. 3+ years in product analytics, experimentation, or data science roles Strong SQL and experience with Python/R for statistical analysis and modeling Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimental design Experience building predictive models (e.g., regression, classification, ML techniques) Proficiency in dashboarding tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) Solid understanding of product metrics (funnels, retention, LTV, conversion) Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable business insights Proficiency with reporting and analytical tools such as Quick Sight, Py, SAS, SQL is a plus. Knowledgeable in multichannel interaction and attribution models Experience in AI is a plus Proficient in data storytelling and presentation, including PowerPoint and other presentation tools. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) with the ability to cultivate effective relationships across cross functional teams (business, marketing, product, technical, etc.) Ability to work independently, multi-task and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous work environment.
