Provide on-site IT support for Lenovo hardware and associated technologies before, during, and after the tournament, including installing, configuring, and supporting various end-user devices. Responsibilities also involve performing quick break/fix troubleshooting, supporting event operations teams, and assisting with pre-event setup, live operations, and post-event activities.
