We’ve been serving the Edmonton area since 1949, with a proud history of supporting those who have been affected by crime and social disorder. To this day, we remain committed to helping individuals reintegrate from justice and related systems, creating safe and vibrant communities. enCompass provides holistic services and wraparound supports that address the root causes of crime and social disorder. We do this through preventative and restorative activities including release planning, housing, safety planning, employment transition, education, substance recovery, cultural supports and more. Release Support Worker

On-site · Edmonton

The Release Support Worker assists individuals transitioning from the Edmonton Remand Centre by developing integrated plans for housing, employment, and addiction recovery. They also maintain professional relationships with community agencies and probation officers to ensure effective reintegration and safety.

Caseworker

On-site · Edmonton

The Caseworker is responsible for monitoring client behavior, assessing risks and needs, and facilitating successful community transition through one-to-one support. They must maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parole and police officers.
