The coordinator will act as the regional point of contact for Indigenous outreach, developing and implementing strategic engagement plans to increase electoral participation. They will build collaborative relationships with Indigenous communities and provide tailored electoral information and guidance on community-based engagement practices. Candidates must have demonstrated knowledge of Indigenous histories and cultures in Ontario, existing relationships with local communities, and a valid Class G driver's license. Strong communication skills and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends are required.
