Job Description Build your career with EBC! As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced construction environment while working alongside experienced project teams. Whether it's supporting the construction of major projects such as the Don Valley Crossings the REM, or large hydroelectric developments, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the site while developing valuable administrative and project coordination skills. Responsibilities include: Assisting with the daily processing and verification of employee timesheets and payroll information; Supporting the purchasing process for materials, supplies, and site requirements; Creating and tracking purchase orders while helping reconcile invoices and delivery receipts; Coordinating employee travel and accommodations for remote project locations; Assisting with equipment logs and site documentation; Preparing reports and supporting project administration activities; Collaborating with project managers, supervisors, and field teams on various administrative and operational tasks; Gaining exposure to construction project management processes and large-scale infrastructure operations. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Administration or a related field; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Strong organizational and communication skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities; English required, bilingualism is an asset.
