At Donalda Club, we take pride in delivering exceptional dining and beverage experiences, and our Bartenders are at the heart of it all! What You’ll be Doing: Mix, shake, stir, and pour a variety of wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection Keep the bar stocked and sparkling—glassware, ice, garnishes, and snacks included Ensure the bar and dining areas are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times Record sales accurately in our P.O.S system and assist with bar inventory Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, making every member feel like VIP Open and close the bar with flair and efficiency Support the Food & Beverage team with special projects and tasks as needed Blackout dates: Father’s Day, Canada Day, and Hole-in-one (late October) What We’re Looking for: Completion of High School (Grade 12) & Post-Secondary in Hospitality preferred 2–3 years of bartending experience Must be 18+ to serve alcohol Strong wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge Experience with P.O.S systems (JONAS an asset) Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional, well-groomed, friendly, and team-oriented Private Club experience is an asset Smart Serve Certificate (required) Ontario Bartending Certification (considered an asset) What We Offer: Complimentary parking Complimentary staff meals (Meals are a taxable benefit) Training and development opportunities Hourly rate starting at: $20.00 – $24.50 (non-tipping environment) Wellness Spending Account (Upon contract completion) Why You’ll Love Working Here: Be part of a welcoming, community-focused team Work in a beautiful, high-end Club environment Gain experience serving members who appreciate great service and great drinks Opportunities for professional growth and development Vacancy: Three (3) Part-time Vacant Positions This is for the seasonal surge from May to October. Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is $20.00 to $24.50 per hour. Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations. What you’ll do

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment. Handle guest requests professionally and manage sales records using the POS system.

Requirements

Requires a Smart Serve Certificate and 2-3 years of bartending experience. High school diploma is required, with post-secondary education in hospitality preferred.
